Return & Refund Policy

At JustLoots, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
Some products (like personal care items) may not be returnable for hygiene reasons

1. Email us at support@justloots.com within 7 days of receiving the item

2. Mention your order number and reason for return

3. Our team will guide you with the return process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you
Refund (if approved) will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or wrong
